The more I exercise the MORE energy I have. I really LIKE exercising, it's good for my mental health. Today I did treadmill before I got ready for work and I swam laps after school today. I resent all the work I am expected to do on my own time. The exercise lets me feel as tho I have SOME control over my time. It feels like *ME* time.
