Hang up, it's my lunch break!
Here's a hint for all of my friends.
If you ever need to call your insurance company to discuss an unpaid claim with them, check the time zone.
Try to avoid avoid calling between 11:30 and 1:30. This way, you'll miss most of the lunch breaks and no one will be in a rush to get off of the phone because the whole office is going out for Tacos or Chinese food.
Just a heads-up for all of you.
